I recently became a customer of Tropical Smoothie and have no regrets. The entire staff is AWESOME and always go above and beyond to provide quality service and great tasting smoothies and food!

The last few times I visited, the workers looked extremely stressed and overwhelmed, like they were barely keeping up. The energy in the store just isn’t the same anymore. Service felt rushed, the atmosphere was off, and it didn’t have the exciting and organized vibe it used to. I used to enjoy coming here, but something has definitely changed — and not in a good way. I really hope management steps up and supports their team, because it’s clear the customer experience is suffering because of it.
