Our order wasn’t made correctly, we were missing items, and when we went inside to let them know, the attitudes from the employees made it even more frustrating. No one seemed to know what food went where, and the confusion behind the counter was honestly surprising. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but I’ve never had a fast-food experience this disorganized before. We finally got the rest of our food, but the customer service and overall experience definitely left a bad impression. Not the quick and easy stop we were hoping for.
