As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Literally just got home, asked in the drive thru if the bag has ALL my food and was told yes. Lies, missing my entire burger. Called 20 times and no answer like this is just HORRIBLE and I never leave Google reviews but like come on man. Quick to take my money but not answer a phone? Insane. Please do better.

    I just left this establishment and the service was terrible. I have worked in the service industry for too many years and you treat people the way you want to be treated. At least apologize for telling me everything I wanted to order you were out of instead of being sarcastic. I would have given them no stars and I have been to checkers plenty of times. Next time I will go to the one in Lafayette, the service is better

    It’s really hard to tell if I came here to order food or get eyes rolled at me. Food is good, service is severely poor. Whoever runs this location needs a new team. This ain’t it

    Every time we go there is always some one with an attitude. Now I can put up with a lot and it takes lots to make me mad but this location is the worst place to eat if you expect to feel welcome. Would not recommend.
