    Sitting for 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for food and nothing...they've severed 11 drive through cars...that pulled up after we've been here. The self service console doesnt work, but they dont tell you and laugh while you find out at the end you just wasted all that time. Had to pay at the counter. Waiting this long for McDonald's IN THE LOBBY is inexcusable. No apologies and finally when we get it FOR HERE...its packed to go. Wow.

    Avoid this place. Locally owned and operated? Sad if true. Sinks in neither bathroom work. No toilet paper in women’s. Urine all over the floor in Men’s. No ketchup. No Dr. Pepper. Manager ignored me when I tried to get help. A failure of an establishment.

    App won't work here. Kiosks don't work. Staff uncommunicative . Got order wrong. Chaos. Skip this one and head down the road.

    There where eggshells in my sausage McMuffin with egg. My coffee was cold and they didn't even put sugar as instructed on the kiosk. Won't be stopping there again!
