I ordered 2 burgers and a pie. It can not take that long. At one point an employee opens my window sees me look over and says HA this isnt yours, it’s coming.

I ordered food online for breakfast got there at 10:28 sat at the intercoms for 5 minutes and then breakfast had past by a whole 2 minutes so they didn’t have to give me my order. now I’m down 20$ and no food. Don’t bother talking to management they’re all incompetent go literally anywhere else.

You can end up spending over 20 mins waiting in drive thru (parking spot) for something as simple as one coffee, or end up spending 28 mins on an order and then they get the order wrong. I stopped going to this one last summer and went today because it was close and once again I waited almost half an hr and they messed up my order. I will never go to this one again. They need to get their quality control in order

Every single time I order I have to wait well over 15 minutes for my order, it’s so frustrating! Every time I’m told to pull into a spot, I always end up waiting a good 30 minutes and then when I go inside to tell them it’s always “Oh we don’t have your order” and I have to show my receipt. Tonight I ordered on DoorDash and it took over an hour and 2 dashers before they felt the need to notify me that “They didn’t have my order” I don’t know what they need to do to fix this but it’s been happening too frequently and it’s such an inconvenience to everyone who orders🙄
