  This place sucks there’s not a person in here that’s useful absolutely trash food and service I wouldn’t bother wasting my money here. they can’t get a single order right and waste time at the intercoms so you don’t get your order since it’s less work for them. I ordered food online for breakfast got there at 10:28 sat at the intercoms for 5 minutes and then breakfast had past by a whole 2 minutes so they didn’t have to give me my order. now I’m down 20$ and no food. Don’t bother talking to management they’re all incompetent go literally anywhere else.

  If you want Mcdonalds in Natchitoches I highly recommend the one by the bypass. This McDonalds has employees that OFTEN do not pay attention. You can end up spending over 20 mins waiting in drive thru (parking spot) for something as simple as one coffee, or end up spending 28 mins on an order and then they get the order wrong. I stopped going to this one last summer and went today because it was close and once again I waited almost half an hr and they messed up my order. I will never go to this one again. They need to get their quality control in order

  This is getting out of hand, it doesn’t matter if you go inside, wait in line or do delivery. Every single time I order I have to wait well over 15 minutes for my order, it’s so frustrating! Every time I’m told to pull into a spot, I always end up waiting a good 30 minutes and then when I go inside to tell them it’s always “Oh we don’t have your order” and I have to show my receipt. Tonight I ordered on DoorDash and it took over an hour and 2 dashers before they felt the need to notify me that “They didn’t have my order” I don’t know what they need to do to fix this but it’s been happening too frequently and it’s such an inconvenience to everyone who orders🙄

  Waited for 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit because they didn’t have any ready made bacon ready 🤦‍♂️ and watched another 5-7 cars sit and wait as well. If you have time, go to the interstate McDs. It’s way better.

  Every time I go through this McDonald's drive through, I am asked to either pull forward to the 3rd window, or over to one of the EIGHT To-Go parking spaces. I ordered and paid for my food on the app 10 minutes before i got there, sat in line before the window for about 5-8 minutes, and then i was asked to pull over into the 7th To-Go space, where i sat there for another 25 minutes waiting on my food, which was now cold because they waited until they had all 8-10 cars orders ready to deliver them all outside. Thats not how fast food works. What should been a maximum of a 10 minute ordeal, took me a total of at least 40 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a large order of fries. Why can't they either speed up service or stop taking orders for a few minutes and allow themselves to catch up. This McDonald's is famous for making people wait in the to-go spaces across the parking lot. In my opinion, those spaces should not even exist. Either stop taking orders for 5 minutes or hire more help. Its ridiculous.
