  Pedi una pasta Alfredo para comer en el lugar y cuando la estaban preparando la señora sirvió mi pasta con la mano sin guantes y de mala manera, de paso tuve que esperar más de media hora para que me la entregaran pésimo servicio

  They give you deal and skimp on the toppings. The pizza be crust and a little sauce. Dry bread! You call to speak to a manager no one comes to the phone or call you back. Pizza Hut is the Key!

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Like other people I ordered for delivery and chose to leave it at the door. I got the notification that it was delivered and it was not there. I tried to call the delivery driver and they did not answer. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she told me that she was nothing she could do except refund the delivery fee. But hello I didn’t even get my pizza. She said it was a “security risk” to bring it back. Now that it simply a bad business practice and how to lose many customers. She then told me she would see what she could do then proceeded to never come back and take me off of hold. I love dominoes but not after this. That is not how you treat customers. It obviously wasn’t the first time and definitely won’t be the last.

  I put in a delivery for my apartment with instructions that I was on the second floor and to leave it at my door. The website said it was delivered but I never got my pizza so I assumed they might've delivered it to the wrong place or had an issue finding my place. Looked around and I couldn't find it so I called the store, the line picked up and then immediately hung up, I called again, the line picked up and I sat there for 5 minutes listening to people yelling at each other and music playing in the background, saying "hello?". I waited a few minutes called again and a lady answered and told me pretty rudely that they brought my pizza back because I didn't answer the delivery driver's calls and that I would have to come up and get it. I didn't recieve any calls from the driver to my knowledge. I don't doubt that he tried to call me. I just said okay and hung up. I did not go pick up the pizza. Just generally pretty frustrating series of events. If at any point someone had been understanding or even just not a jerk it wouldn't have been such a big deal.
