Atmosphere in our car was terrible! The two gkids fought and yelled at each the whole time we were there. They were rude and couldn't make up their mind about what they wanted to order. Spilled food and drinks in the car. Car hops didn't help corral our kids, they could have helped keep them in the car. We finally chased them down before they ran onto the highway.

As someone who was just set free from a fast food job I understand what it’s like to be understaffed and busy. But today was just ridiculous. I had ordered a rt 44 cherry sprite for myself, then made another order for some tots because my mom had asked me to. My sprite was brought out rather quickly by a nice guy. He promised my tots would be out soon and went on his way. So I waited, app said they’d be ready by 4:26. I waited and waited, watching as everyone else came and went with their mobile orders. Finally had to shout of my window to get anyone’s attention (second time I’ve had to do so at this location) explained the situation to the girl. She still couldn’t find my order. Another 20 minutes go by and the tots are finally brought out by a completely different girl. I don't understand why you see one cat sitting there for x amount of time and don’t question it. I didn’t leave until almost 5:20 p.m. ridiculous.

Absolute garbage. I would rate zero stars if I could. Paid $12 for a combo that was literally inedible. The "premium" popcorn chicken was so old and overcooked, I couldn't even bite through it (not that I wanted to; it looked repulsive). The onion rings were cold and soggy. One of our drinks was completely incorrect. We wasted almost $30 on absolute trash. When I attempted to call the phone number listed in the app and on Google, it simply says the number has been disconnected and hangs up. Terrible experience and we will 1000% not return any time soon. Very disappointing.

On 7/27/25, we ordered two ice creams from Sonic through the app—one hot fudge sundae with Oreo pieces and one peanut butter Reese’s blast. The app told us our order would be ready by 6:17 PM. We checked in as instructed and then waited… and waited. Other people were pulling in, placing mobile orders, and getting served before us.
After 22 minutes, we tried calling the store—no answer. So I walked up to the door and looked inside, and guess what? Our ice cream had been sitting on the counter melting the whole time. When I asked about it, the guy looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I was sure I ordered anything. I told him yes, and that we had checked in, and he acted like he had no idea. I told him I just wanted our ice cream, and he said they’d bring it out.
Almost 10 minutes later, they finally did—but it was the same melted ice cream. No apology, no offer to remake it, nothing. Just pathetic.
This Sonic clearly doesn’t care about customers or doing their job right. You need to hire better people. This place sucks, and I’ll never spend a dime here again.
