    I have been very reluctant to even post this review, as I do not like to go all out being negative for a business that I frequent daily for drinks & because I like a lot of the regular team members; but I have been silent for far too long now. I gave 1 star for each parameter. Since Bri’s departure, this location has not only lost the forward momentum they had gained, they have gone way downhill and have been that way for a long time now. It seems like the influx of teenage workers are not trained at all. None of the drinks get the right straws, no sauce cups are ever included (even the complimentary ones like marinara for the mozzarella sticks). It tastes like the fountain drink nozzles have not been cleaned in weeks, which is evident by the mold growing in the drink cups within a few hours overnight. There is an issue with the app not showing that you order a drink carrier unless you order multiple. They never put any peppermints in any bag now; I thought those were always included for free. This is not at all what I expect from Sonic.
