  INCOMPETENT!! Rude as ever. If you don’t wanna work at sonic, QUIT! Everyone has a freakin attitude that works here. Went today and the girl didn’t even come to the speaker. When they do communicate, it’s like they hate you for coming to their establishment. It’s ridiculous! I had to drive to another one just to get my son the grilled cheese he really wanted. Replace the staff with ppl who want to work!! I’m so irritated.

  Date 10-16-2025. Time 3:00 -3:28 Management just needs to know that during this shift they was working only one order at a time. From the stall to the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins. They finally took the car ahead of me order. After five more mins I pulled up enough to see if the car that was ahead of me was still at the window which she wasn't. Person inside looked out the window and seen me at the order menu. Walks away so I pulled up and she comes back and starts to take the person at the menu now then open the window angrily and said what you want, then told the other person to hold on. One at the window had a attitude. They need to do a meeting and let this new crew know how to work inside together
