I also ordered large nacho fries and never received them. When I went to the counter, several employees looked at me but no one approached me. Eventually someone asked what I needed, I explained the situation, and I still didn’t receive the food I paid for. I’ve never had an experience like this at Taco Bell. As a paying customer, I feel your employees should take much better care of the people they’re serving. That’s basic customer service. Please fix this.

Full remodel inside and outside is very clean and fresh with tons of white surfaces accented with gray and purple. Stellar kitchen staff when it comes to preparing your order; but expect a large side of ATTITUDE from the kitchen from the cooks making your order. Run as fast as you to get here!

I thought it was for my order because I had a large drink on my mobile order. He said "that cup wasn't for you." I was like "sorry, I had one on my mobile order I thought it was for me". He was like "well next it wasn't. Next time, come to the counter." How about put a drink cup next to orders placed in the mobile orders area? Dang! What's the point of having a mobile pickup area if I have to come up and talk to you and wait 15 minutes for a cup? Never coming back.
