INCOMPETENT!! Rude as ever. If you don’t wanna work at sonic, QUIT! Everyone has a freakin attitude that works here. Went today and the girl didn’t even come to the speaker. When they do communicate, it’s like they hate you for coming to their establishment. It’s ridiculous! I had to drive to another one just to get my son the grilled cheese he really wanted. Replace the staff with ppl who want to work!! I’m so irritated.

Management just needs to know that during this shift they was working only one order at a time. From the stall to the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins. They finally took the car ahead of me order. After five more mins I pulled up enough to see if the car that was ahead of me was still at the window which she wasn't. Person inside looked out the window and seen me at the order menu. Walks away so I pulled up and she comes back and starts to take the person at the menu now then open the window angrily and said what you want, then told the other person to hold on. One at the window had a attitude. They need to do a meeting and let this new crew know how to work inside together

We ordered 3 drinks, one diet sprite with cherry, one grape slush, and one diet Dr. Pepper. They only got the diet Dr. Pepper right, the sprite wasn't diet with no cherry, and the grape slush tasted sour, not like a sour grape but sour like it was bad. We were told to wait but they took another persons order who got there after us, then had an attitude after we said something about it, then proceeded to take 25 minutes to give us our 3 drinks with only two other people in the slots. Another thing I should probably note is they literally didn't know who's food was who's, they were going around asking what they ordered, which shows they are not doing their job. This Sonic used to be so good, but has don't so far down hill over the years.
