- NGN GOct 16, 20251.010/15/25 ordered online, specifically stated “light cheese” we get home and the pizza has what appears to be triple cheese, the plain wings were not cooked through. I called this store 6 times and finally the female manager on duty this night answered but left me on hold for 17 minutes. I called again, no answer. I contacted the manager on Sterlington Rd, she told me she was getting ready to send a text message to the store. Then the manager at Rowland road answered and claimed to be super busy. That’s no excuse! When I told her about this order she had the nastiest and most distasteful attitude ever. I tried to get a refund and bring the food back she refused, only wanted to credit the account which we said no! The pizza had so much cheese on it that the dough was still uncooked! We’ve complained about this store before but the gentleman who runs this place does not care, he doesn’t ever respond or try to make matters right. This is our final straw here!
