- MMMarian MarkleyApr 4, 20262.0The energy drinks were my favorite thing to get when I lived in Dallas. But I’ve had a lot of issues with this location and the ice quantity. I hate ice in my drinks, so I always ask for light ice. When I was in Dallas, the locations there had different light ice amounts each time I ordered, but it was never a crazy amount of the cup filled. Ives had an actually insane amount of ice at the Monroe location each time I order light ice. It looks like the whole cup is full of ice and I ordered extra ice. I have no issue with the flavor of the drinks, they are still good, but when I’m paying $8.32 for a energy drink that I don’t want a lot of ice with and you give me mostly ice and a bit of drink, it bothers me. The picture is the energy drink I got today after asking for light ice AND having them remove some. Before I had them remove ice, it was about 3/4 or more ice. I feel like the ice in the picture currently is a normal amount of ice, not light at all.

They definitely make it different from the night shift. I love the night shift coffee plus it's always been rite, but mid shift taste watered down and I always order a BREVE with caramel but get a latte with two or three drops of caramel. Do better mid shift

Where do I even start, I had the pleasure of meeting Gio one day and that guy is awesome! Very chill guy to talk to while you’re waiting on your drink and if you ever don’t know what to get he always has some great recommendations! Any questions that I had he answered quickly and made my experience so much better!
