Stopped in on my birthday to grab supper…they didn’t put half the stuff I asked for on my sandwich!! Like why?? Trash service 🗑️

I can’t give you my experience because we got locked out, only to think it was closed to begin with and see a woman come to the door and an employee let her in AND ORDER! ( that was a few months ago)
FAST FORWARD 1/1/26
Tried calling tonight (to see if they are opened on new years..said they were online) only to get told “I can’t hear you” *click*. I then call off my husbands phone and yet… THE SAME REACTION AND ACTION FROM THE SAME EMPLOYEE. Can’t tell you her name because she never gave one. Do better!

The employees need to have a sense of urgency and at the very least, care about what the customer(that’s helping them get paid)wants. The short African American guy in there doesn’t care and it shows with how my sandwiches were made tonight. Soggy, drenched in sauce and very disappointing for the price of a footlong. I believe the staff needs to be retrained or add grown adults in there that’ll show them young kids how it’s done. I don’t want to wait on my sandwich while yall stand behind there talking stories because I promise you, no one cares. Yall just lost 4 customers that love subway and minden don’t really have that much people.

I don’t like to leave reviews based off of one bad experience, but I leave this one in hopes for improvement. My sandwich was completely drenched in sauce to the point I couldn’t even eat taste any other ingredient. It was soggy, limp, and messy. I have no problem with a messy sandwich, but sauce was the only thing dripping out of it. Also we ordered ahead, we live about 15 minutes away, our sandwiches were sitting out and weren’t completed until my boyfriend walked in to pick them up. There was no one else being served in the restaurant and there was no sense of urgency. The one plus side to ordering on the app was that we got one footlong for $1 with the purchase of another footlong.
