    Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni lovers pizza with Extra sauce. Got it. Looked great until I tried to take it out of the box. It was still so raw that it was stuck to the box. Let them know that it was too under done and they *remade* it. With the thinnest crust I have ever seen. The least amount of sauce possible. And not the pepperoni lovers amount of pepperoni. Was too frustrated to even bother bringing it up to them again.

    30min delivery time is what I was told, it’s been over 1hr and a half with an additional 30min on hold, I’m literally giving my review as I’m sitting here on hold for the 3rd time.

    I ordered a large pizza with a 2liter drink, pizza was 20 minutes late and cold. The drink was not with the order. I called and was told at our local location that if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the pizza back. I asked for a refund for the drink I didn’t receive and was given store credit! I will pick up the drink tomorrow and will NEVER eat Pizza Hut again!!! This is the second BAD experience I have had with this local store and there will NOT be given a third chance.
