The first time I ordered, I got cinnamon breads and they sent me garlic breads with cinnamon icing instead. I called and a female manager was nice enough to have the correct order sent back out, so I gave them another chance. Today, I ordered a pizza and a Dr Pepper. They brought the pizza but forgot the Dr Pepper. When I called, the same female manager said the driver had left it at the store and would bring it back. It’s now been over 40 minutes, and when I called again, she claimed the drink was already delivered — which it wasn’t. Now they won’t even answer the phone. Really unprofessional and frustrating experience. I tried to be understanding the first time, but it’s clear this location has a serious issue with accuracy and communication.
