  Bear in mind, I grew up near Philadelphia! The cheesesteak was ok. Nothing special & rather small for $15. Mine was supposed to come with mushrooms. It did not. I was supposed to get 2 packets of mayo. I did not. The fries were very good. The service was ok. In summary decent, but overpriced.

  The food is fine. But they always take forever to make the food. Any other Charley’s we have been to can get the same order done in 5-10 minutes.

  ordered a beef sandwich combo, but I was only given the sandwich without the sides. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff insisted it was my fault instead of fixing the order. The experience was very unpleasant, and the attitude was unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

  For a truckstop these people here a bit to slow in making food no sense of urgency we ain't got al day to be sitting here waiting for food when there is only 2 or 3 orders in line

  Please Charleys. Hire people with good attitude. One of the guys there seems a little frustrated, as if he doesn’t like his job. We as drivers are also frustrated, the last thing we want to deal with, is other people’s bad attitude. I was going to order 30 wings. But due to his way of answering and informing me, i decided not to. 12/10/25 9:30pm
