  Ordered 2 large oldschool cheesesteaks. Both came out with meat you couldnt even see once you foled the sandwich closed and it wasnt on the last 4 inches of bun at all. I called inside and told them it didnt have the right ount of meat. I was told "Ma'am we put 3 pieces of steak on every large." Again I said this wasnt right. And explained how little there was on them. I told her the Old School is described as having extra meat. " Ma'am if you pay for it. None of our larges come with anymore meat." There literally was more cheese on my fries than meat in my large sandwiches. Do not come here. They are rude and dont follow directions put out by their own company.

  Bear in mind, I grew up near Philadelphia! The cheesesteak was ok. Nothing special & rather small for $15. Mine was supposed to come with mushrooms. It did not. I was supposed to get 2 packets of mayo. I did not. The fries were very good. The service was ok. In summary decent, but overpriced.

  The food is fine. But they always take forever to make the food. Any other Charley’s we have been to can get the same order done in 5-10 minutes.

  ordered a beef sandwich combo, but I was only given the sandwich without the sides. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff insisted it was my fault instead of fixing the order. The experience was very unpleasant, and the attitude was unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
