Employee on the clock flirting with customer or maybe it was a boyfriend rather than tending to customer. Had an attitude when confronted about never getting our food. Horrible customer service.

However, THIS Wendy’s served me the freshest and most visually appetizing junior bacon cheeseburgers of my adult life. The fries were hot and fresh. The drive thru was fast and cordial. I just wanted to say Thanks for the experience!

We just ordered 3 things that’s it and the girl in the window with the long nails was giving us attitude the whole entire time. Don’t get mad at us you hate your job. I’m a retired army vet and business owner so I base stuff off of how you are. The food was cold , bad customer service, no care for anything. Out of all the Wendy’s I’ve been to this one is by far the worst……….
- AHAliska HallOct 18, 20251.0If I was able to give 0 stars I would, I don’t typically eat Wendy’s, I ordered a chicken sandwhicj plain with fries and nuggets, the fries tasted like they were re-dipped in grease, I ordered spicy nuggets n received 2 spicy hard nuggets and 2 regular nuggets. My sandwich wasn’t fresh, I took a bite n the sandwich was sitting in my palette. Horribly location. I ordered plain sandwich usually when I order anything it’s plain, it was old.
