  This is legitimately up there for worst locations of any fast food restaurant I have been to. Staff do not care about anything don't even dress appropriately. Wait times are out of control and order accuracy is laughable. Don't come here seriously go to the one on airline if you want to get sonic

  If I had a dollar for each time I ordered Mozarella Sticks and did not get the Marinara Sauce. Ruins everything for me. I was so frustrated when I arrived where I was going. Ughhhhh!

  Went in for a sonic burger. Our carhop server name was Sabastion!! He walked up to our vehicle with no professionalism, saying “what’s up bro”. Just ridiculous. In my order I added extra cheese, bacon, and mustard. When the food was brought out to me the mustard was all over the wrapper and there was no bacon. I sent the order back to be redone, the order was then returned worst than before. Greese all over, leaking from the wrapper, no extra cheese and tossed together. The kitchen guy who we watch fool with trash then comes to our vehicle hostile asking what the issue was. When my husband tried to explain he basically told us “so you returning the food because of appearance”, which my husband then says that is correct. He gave us a hard time about receiving our refund and did not give us a receipt! I even tipped these people and they were absolutely disgusting!!!

  Came to get a doordash order. Was there for 30+ minutes. Did not get the order very poor customer service

  DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE! Placed an order for two soft drinks in the app and waiting for 15 minutes when its not even busy is ridiculous. Pressed the button took 5 minutes for someone to respond. Said drinks would be out in a moment. 10 minutes later still waiting. We drove off because we had to go back to work. Also while waiting an employee went for a smoke break with his food gloves on and came back in with the gloves.
