  My husband and I were out running errands and wanted to sit down to eat lunch so we decided on Saltgrass because we have never been. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was very friendly. Our waiter was Nick, he was amazing. He asked if we have ever been here. Since it was our first time he gave us a little information on what they offer. He was very knowledgeable of the products, checked on us often, and even told us about the Landry's Select Club. Nick gave us an experience as if the manager was serving us!! Very good experience, will definitely go back. Thank you Nick!!!

  This was my third visit, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. The quality and consistency of the food are truly commendable. The steaks, burgers, and ribs are all exceptional, perfectly prepared, rich in flavor, and crafted in a way that makes sauces unnecessary. The service matches the high standard of the cuisine. The staff is attentive, professional, and welcoming, while management ensures everything operates seamlessly. It’s clear that great care is taken at every level of the dining experience. As someone who values authenticity, I share my reviews based solely on personal experience. It’s worth noting that there are only two places where I don’t feel the need for steak sauce: my own kitchen and this establishment, an indication of the remarkable quality delivered here. Every dish reflects thoughtful preparation and precise seasoning. There is a genuine sense of passion and pride behind the food, which elevates the entire experience. Establishments like this set the standard. Consistency, quality, and dedication are evident in every visit. Highly recommended.

  Iesha was our server a week ago. She was an absolute delight!! She was attentive without being overbearing. She recommended great choices for us including the fried pickle appetizer. Delicious! She kept our soft drinks full and kept us very happy through our meal. We live in Northern Illinois so we do not have access to a Saltgrass up here. Thankfully our daughter lives in NOLA so we get a chance to eat there at least once a year! Food is outstanding. Service is even better! Thanks dear Iesha! We had a wonderful time!!

  I had such a great experience thanks to Dasia! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. As a Muslim, I really appreciated how mindful she was in making sure I didn’t receive anything with pork, she went out of her way to double-check and make recommendations I could feel confident about. She also helped me choose my entrée, and I ended up absolutely loving it! Her suggestions were spot on, and you can tell she really cares about giving her guests the best experience possible. Dasia’s kindness and attention to detail truly stood out, and she made my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Been here couple times and today was excellent! We enjoyed everything! grilled pineapple margarita has refreshing flavor, ask extra shot if you want it stronger. Jalapeño poppers has pretty good amount of kick, you can get 4,6 or 8pcs. We also had steak bites with mushrooms and caramelized onions for appetizers, was 6pcs and id say its a must try! We loved the potato soup!! So glad we chose it over the salad. My steak was cook to perfection, too bad we was so full there was no room for desert. Lol Ms Tona provided excellent service, she made sure we have everything we need and great timing on apps and entrees. absolutely recommend this place!
