This review was difficult because I've had mostly positive experience at this restaurant. Today, however, the Fresh Sydney Salad that was supposed to contain mixed greens (see menu) contained only iceberg lettuce for $18. Literally a dollar worth of lettuce (if that). I came to expect more from Outback over the years. Secondly, out of four entrees so, two of them that came with fries were never served during our sitting so the waitress provided only one out of the two side orders of fries in a box to go. Lastly, the manager hesitantly reduced the bill by only $10 given all of the misteps. On a positive note, the Kookaburra wings were great as they always are. If you're going to serve iceberg lettuce in your salads, then make that clear on the menu so those who enjoy such entrees can choose otherwise.

My dining experience at this chain restaurant was subpar to say the least. The server we had absolutely and undeniably did not want to be at her job, as it appeared that the other servers felt the same way, based on their demeanor. Service was slow, it took more than 45 minutes for us to get our Appetizer and almost an hour to get our main dish, and one of them was made incorrectly. Our server never refilled our water, didn’t provide us any condiments with our meal, didn’t check on our table at all, and didn’t provide us with any utensils, but I also observed her waiting on other tables more effectively then our table. I will not name this server specifically because from my observation this person doesn’t like their job at all and I actually feel bad for her that she would show up at her job and treat customers in this manner. I actually have sympathy for you, and you know who you are and maybe management needs to do some rigorous training and/or increase their wages, it is absolutely unacceptable for a server to pass off their frustrations and aggressions towards patrons. People come out to eat and enjoy a nice dining experience. If there was zero stars available I would apply that, this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be spending any more of my hard earn money at this establishment, management needs to retrain all their servers or they simply need to be let go if they’re not meeting a decent standard of hospitality and quality of service.

Services takes so long these days. Waited over 30 mins for a Togo order that was said to have been ready prior to heading to the restaurant. This place used to be fast and delicious. I heard they let go one of their best grill master a few years ago AND IT SHOWS! I believe his name was Everette because I always gave complements to the chef and recall that being his name. Hopefully hes grilling at a better establishment these days that actually recognize skill on the grill.
