  The night crew here is extremely unprofessional. I came to pick up an online order and was told they weren’t taking orders, then directed to the drive-thru anyway. After waiting 30 minutes with no food, I noticed employees arguing and no real activity in the kitchen. No one communicated delays or checked on my order, and I ultimately had to leave without it. This location really needs better management during night shifts.

  Two to three times I have come here and no one seems to work the drive-thru anymore. You wait for 15 mins or so before anyone comes on to take your order and ny food is always cold especially the fries.

  😭 I hate leaving bad reviews but management needs to flip this team or hold themselves accountable. I work at a drive thru as a manager so this is me giving honest feedback- I come here at least once a week. On average the wait here varies between 10-15 minutes durinng morning / mid / night which is fine but the service is lacking. It’s never a friendly hi or how are you it’s just bare minimum. One particular day I waited over 30 minutes for an order because they straight up forgot me or decided to try and push drive thru. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line and went in thinking it’ll be faster but worse mistake ever. I watched uber drivers who came after me and some who’s order come after mines get their stuff before me. The only reason why I got any attention is because of the Latina worker in the drive thru noticing me waiting and she was the only one who tried to make the moment right. There was no sorry. There was no make the moment right. Meanwhile you got people with no hats on just behind the line talking on the phone or to each other as if they don’t have people waiting. Never again. I’ve started going to another McDonald’s bc this one is NOT IT.
