  I order or go through the drive through of his place maybe once a year because every once in a while- I get nostalgic for a frosty. Somehow despite rarely getting Wendy's, I have had bad experiences with this place every time I order. It has finally hit the point where I now care enough to leave a review for a fast food place. It's pretty hard for me to hit this point, so you've at least accomplished something there. It is always slow, the orders are never correct- the reason I'm writing this review is I ordered doordash and waited 2 hours for my meal to never come. At least I got a refund but thank you for wasting my time and the time of the four doordashers who came to unsuccessfully pick up the food you could not or would not make. I learned my lesson this time and will never try to get food here again. If you close and get replaced by a place where people actually serve food that customers order, you'll be doing locals a favor.

  You can barely open the door, which seems to be broken in someway. The staff is not friendly. The restaurant, where are the food is made, looks nasty.

  There’s literally a parking lot of people that they asked to pull forward so that they could make the food. When I took a couple extra seconds to put my credit card in my wallet and put the drinks in a spot where they wouldn’t spill before I drove, I was asked a second time to please move forward because she was on a timer. *** when they finally brought the food out, I had to send them back in to get straws and napkins and ketchup. They literally only put food in the bag. *** he just returned with two straws for the four drinks I have and three packets of ketchup for the four meals of chicken nuggets that I ordered
