I then stood outside near the pick up window for almost 20 minutes so they could give me what I paid for. District manager should be ashamed. Someone needs to be held accountable. I work in the service industry and this is just pathetic. When I finally got home I had to heat everything up in the microwave.

Other than that, she was friendly and the place looked clean enough.

The third party deliver service called this restaurant directly to arrange a redelivery, the taco bell employees didn't even allow the customer service agent to speak, said they don't want to help make this right, and then hung up on her. Now I'm without my food and without money. This is ridiculous, and there needs to be some accountability taken to improve this location. 0/10-- would not recommend
