- TWTreion WrightAug 3, 20251.0Disappointing Early Closure and Poor Customer Service I arrived at the Subway location at 5:42 PM—18 minutes before the posted closing time—only to be turned away by staff who stated they had “decided to close early.” The register was already being counted, and although I was only trying to purchase a bag of chips, I was still refused service. I was told this is “normal” practice for them. This is extremely disappointing, especially since all platforms and online sources clearly list the closing time as 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, this Subway was the only business in the mall closing early, turning away paying customers without reason. It’s unfortunate, but not surprising, that this location has a 3-star rating. Incidents like this speak directly to poor customer service and a lack of brand integrity. I hope this feedback is taken seriously—your customers deserve better. Please consider hiring staff who uphold Subway’s service standards and respect customer time.
