  Disappointing Early Closure and Poor Customer Service I arrived at the Subway location at 5:42 PM—18 minutes before the posted closing time—only to be turned away by staff who stated they had “decided to close early.” The register was already being counted, and although I was only trying to purchase a bag of chips, I was still refused service. I was told this is “normal” practice for them. This is extremely disappointing, especially since all platforms and online sources clearly list the closing time as 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, this Subway was the only business in the mall closing early, turning away paying customers without reason. It’s unfortunate, but not surprising, that this location has a 3-star rating. Incidents like this speak directly to poor customer service and a lack of brand integrity. I hope this feedback is taken seriously—your customers deserve better. Please consider hiring staff who uphold Subway’s service standards and respect customer time.

  I frequent this location and on 8/22/23 and saw a roach located inside the bread cabinet. The worker saw it and didn’t say anything!

  The lady behind the counter, the so called “owner” was very rude and unprofessional. Horrible. Will not be returning to this location.
