- MFMouatez FillaliDec 16, 20251.0This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. As soon as I walked in the worker already had a bad attitude. I clearly said from the start that I wanted a footlong tuna. After he put the cheese on I asked for it grilled like the bread and somehow he puts grilled chicken on my sandwich. I corrected him right away. Instead of just remaking it he starts picking the chicken off and there were still crumbs left. I told him I couldn’t eat that for religious reasons and he straight up tried to blame me saying I didn’t speak loud enough even though I was talking clearly and respectfully the whole time. I’m a teenager and the way he talked to me was super disrespectful and like he was talking down on me for no reason. There was no need for the attitude at all. Then when another customer walked in he completely ignored me and started helping them. The other customer literally had to say something before he came back to finish my order. On top of that he went on this whole rant about how he “knows customer service” and has worked at a bunch of places before which is crazy considering how unprofessional he was acting. Overall this experience was terrible and a really bad look for this Subway

I ordered online through the app, and they didn't serve what I ordered. Waste of money and a bad experience. Maybe they're going to become millionaires by skipping a slice of cheese! Bad, bad.

Worker didn’t want to accept any coupons from the moment my gf an I stepped in the door the worker (Guy)was starring us down accusing us of having copied our coupons , which in fact we had the same coupons that came from our coupons papers that’s delivered by mail. The manager did approve our coupons after this incident. But the guy worker was very rude and appeared very racist. Will be contacting corporate. September 8 , 2025 shortly after 9pm.
