  Oh my! We had an amazing lunch today. Even though we didn't eat off the lunch menu, everything was nice. The food could've been a bit better but it wasn't horrible. We just prefer the meal to be hot! The main reason for this review is the service! Kayla was absolutely wonderful. She advised us on what to eat and what was the best. She made our experience perfect. The next time we combshe has to be our server. Kudos to KAYLA!!

  A group of us went here March 14, 2026 and my girlfriend ordered the blackened redfish. Besides taking incredibly long for service- about an hour- the piece of fish was only 6” long. I called the manager to show him and he immediately said he’d bring another one. When the fish arrived at the table— I an avid saltwater angler- could see it was not a piece of redfish being it was blunt, short and small in shape. It appeared to be another spices possibly tilapia or similar. I didn’t call the manager again because I was disgusted at the long wait we had to get the food.

  I am writing to share my wonderful experience at your establishment, thanks to our server, Brittany. Brittany provided exceptional service and ensured that everyone in our party was happy with their food and drinks. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were excellent. The food was delicious and the overall experience was 10/10. I highly recommend Brittany to any of your customers. She is a fantastic asset to your team.

  We had a wonderful experience at Saltgrass Steak House. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything came out perfectly prepared. Our server Michelle truly made the experience stand out. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her recommendations were great, and she kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. Great service like that makes a big difference, and Michelle absolutely delivered. We will definitely be back!

  I had to share the experience my husband and I had at Saltgrass last evening about 7pm. For starters, this was not the first time we dined here, but will unfortunately be our last. We were seated in a room off of the main dining area and were the only ones in there at a table for two. We waited over 10 minutes and never had a server come to our table. We gave an extra 5 minutes and decided to leave, as we felt unwelcome and my husband was extremely hungry. We should not have to hunt down a server to take care of us! Totally unacceptable.
