As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I question it and repeat what I ordered, I’m told by the man in the window… that’s not what you says… I responded actually it is what I said. This rally’s is known for trashy behavior, and arguing with customers. You make the mistake and I’m chastised like a child for it? Please bring back the robot speaker, it has way better customer service.

Asked to make sure to have ranch in the bag for the wings. she said it’s a charge okay. I said okay, charge my card( literally had it in her hand) she smirked and handed me my drink and card back……. Check the bag, no ranch. Waited for her to come back the window, I asked for ranch it told her, she once again said it was a charge. And I reminded her that yes I told you okay and to charge my card and you gave me a smirk and closed the window….
