As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    One of the ladys here are rude. 2nd time ive went to this rallys and she seemed like she had an attitude simply because she had to do her job. Its not my fault the only skillset you have is being a fry cook. She also slammed the window shut before my girlfriend could say thank you. She didnt give us our drinks either.

    The food is usually good, but the people working here have serious attitude issues. I do not appreciate being told to "please look at the menu" in a disrespectful tone just because I misspoke while placing my order. The manager should not be LOUDLY complaining to the employee that I am "running up (her) time" when I want my order to be correct. I will be going to the Elmwood location from now on.

    The new AI system is trash. It repeatedly messes up orders and is a pain to deal with. After years of going there I have no intention of going back. The food isn't great, but it's almost cheap. But if you're not getting what you ordered then it's too expensive

    Lady at the window with braids just plain rude. I get it’s rally’s but if you don’t want to work there that is not my fault. She said I ran her drive thru time up and all I did was order with the AI voice and asked her to take my cash first not a huge deal.
