Definitely need quality control.

I asked the worker about my order, and instead of getting help, I got scolded because I couldn’t recall the last name I used in the app. I even showed the order number and confirmation page, but apparently that wasn’t enough to ease the negative attitude. I understand bad days happen, but unloading your frustration on customers isn’t part of the job. If basic courtesy feels like too much to manage, perhaps you need a role that doesn’t involve interacting with the public:) I even said thank you and that person turned away like she never saw me. I’m not here to see your attitude or your screw up face. Don’t make people around you feel worse being in the same environment as you every single day:)
