  Went on 3/15/26 about 11:30.this is a joke i said to myself. The donuts were not symmetrical + there was green speckles all through it like they were trying to dye other donuts and it got into the batch. I know St. Patrick's Day is on Tuesday but this was two days before that and I didn't ask for any type of special green donut or did I want one. Also, the donut selections that they gave one of them was just so small. It was considered to be a mini one in my opinion and after paying $12 for six donuts I think it's just a little ridiculous

  I walked in and informed the employee that I had never been there. The employee never smiled, only made it seem like a hustle that I was there. I asked about many different doughnuts that I saw labels for, however they were out of at least 8 of the varieties I was asking for, and the employee was getting visibly irritated. He let me know that they ran out and they had to move doughnuts to those places to make it look like they had more doughnuts than they really had. I then asked about custard or Bavarian cream doughnuts, which he told me they had some, so i ordered 3. After I left, i took a bite of one, about 90 minutes later as I live 3 hours from there, and it was one of the icing filled doughnuts which I specifically told them employee I do not like. All of them were icing filled and not cream filled. I did ask when the next fresh batch of doughnuts was to come out, since it was 2:30 pm and they were out of almost everything I wanted, and he said they would be out at 5pm, 2 and half hours AFTER they have sold out of many verities. This was my first Krispy Kreme experience and will probably be my last.

  Considering when I went it was after 6pm it was not busy and the young lady that helped us was very nice. When we walked in being that there were hot glazed donuts coming out she offered one to us.

  Horrible experience, man didn’t have hair net on , donuts cold , rude because I wanted a refund because I asked for fresh donuts and these was cold and hard . Spoke with associate & was told the donuts come out at 5 am & 5pm .. I will never come back here again & would not recommend..
