They don’t understand what you’re saying and get your order wrong as if you are at fault. They screamed at me to hurry up because I said “one minute” because I was trying to make sure my order was right. I work at customer service too, but I have never in my life behaved like that. If there was another Dunkin, I’d never come here. But after this incidence, I’m done. 7 brew for life!!!!

I've never been late so many times even when leaving early. And with maybe 2 people at most ahead it shouldn't take 15 mins for a coffee

Secondly, the breakfast food I ordered (sausage egg and cheese biscuit, breakfast wraps and bacon egg and cheese croissant) was such awful quality. Wraps were partially burned and tasted terrible. The biscuit was extremely hard. Whether I order coffee or breakfast, I have genuinely not had any good experience ordering from here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER HERE!!!

Awful experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you really want to get a good experience or at least good treatment.
