  This place is a joke. They skimp on portions of protein. They do not have enough steak to sustain one lunch rush. They let you wait in line before they tell you what they don’t have. The staff acts like they don’t care. They need to get their ducks in a row. I’ve had this exact conversation with the manager. UPDATE: response from corporate: anyone know what this means? “Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. We're always looking to make things right.   “Exact cash only” but waits to tell you until your food is almost all the way done. Don’t bother paying with a $20 because they will want to keep whatever’s left over. A total scam.

  I visit chipotle twice sometimes three times a week. I will not be going again, the service there is horribly poor,starting with management. my recent visit 01 15 26 I stood at the counter with, the sever and manager's standing there for ten minutes no one said anything just very rude and nasty nothing I ask for to make my bowl they had and refused to get anything from the back and they closed at 11 talking about customer service not and Mr Melvin Franklin you and you entire staff needs customer service classes again.
