Twice in a row now I have ordered food ahead of time only to get to the restaurant and have to wait 30+ minutes to receive my order. What is the point of the order-ahead drive-thru if I would have been better served by going in and ordering then and there? I'm never going back here.

This was me and my wife’s first time ever eating from here. I placed an online order to be ready for 7pm. We arrived at the drive thru line a few minutes past 7 thinking it would be ready. We waiting in line for over 30 minutes to even get to the window. Once we arrived, not only was the food not ready, but the employee who came to the window didn’t say anything or acknowledged the wait. She THEN proceeded to make our bowls even though they were suppose to be ready for 7. Nothing was communicated as to why it took so long. Total lack of empathy. After we finally received the 2 bowls, mine was missing tomato and onion and we were missing a sauce. After waiting for almost an hour for our order, I was not about to turn around and go back and wait even longer. The worst part was after We arrived at the drive-through window. We could see individuals walking in and immediately being helped. We could see that they were getting their orders and paying and leaving the restaurant all before we even received our order that we placed almost an hour ago. The staff had a “don’t care” attitude. This is our first and our last time ever going to this place.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nene! Her service was truly impeccable—she was patient, kind, and went above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable.
The food was outstanding, fresh, and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was extremely clean and inviting, which I really appreciated. Between the excellent service, great food, and positive environment, this location has definitely earned a loyal customer.
I will absolutely be returning very soon—thank you, Nene, for setting the standard for exceptional service!

This CAVA location exceeded my expectations! Nene provided exceptional customer service—she was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude truly stood out and made the visit even better.
The food was delicious and prepared perfectly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, creating a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal. You can tell this team takes pride in both their service and their space.

They are truly exceptional—beyond kind, always smiling, and they remember me every time I come in. They create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They are funny, sweet, and genuinely the best part of my visit. I am always thoroughly impressed by how they move a long line.
