  Placed an order for 2 burgers with onions and lettuce, they wait until you waited 15 minutes to tell you they don’t have any toppings which is the point of a burger, which they should tell their customer before a customer pays that they are out of toppings not after the fact. Their service is horrible! Burger is nasty !

  My first time visiting burgers in Metairie food was a 10 out of 10 customer service with a 10 out of 10 I don't know if this guy is the owner or worker but he made sure we had everything that we needed and gave us free fries and a drink for free

  their closing time is 9pm, i came in at 8:12pm for two burgers and they are already cleaning up and door locked, one of the workers comes and says they’re closed and I asked her how if they close at 9? She goes to say “yeah we’re closed” like huh ???? So I called to ask for a manager to call tomorrow and the employee goes “oh yeah they said close because we haven’t had any customers in the last hour. So what?? If your closing time is 9 then stop letting people in at 9 not an hour before, ON TOP of that, they were back there cooking a burger for themselves and the employee goes to say “oh that was one burger and it was on another grill” or whatever. That’s insane, came all the way there just to get turned around.

  They are the most legit burger you will get. Ambitious young folks that offer a friendly, family environment. Good food & peoples. Worth every cent.

  Man.... I really wanted to like this. Was it good? Heavens No I saw a tic tok video and we decided to get it for dinner tonight...take out. I ordered double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions. Grilled onions were strings of black old looking onions. But I left it on there. I added mayo mustard ketchup. First bite. something was off. The burger tastes like old grease. Same with the 2nd bite. I pulled off the grilled onion... they tasted burned and old. I tried removing them but they were so skinny and embedded in the dried up cheese. Two more bites were ok. By the 5th bite I couldn't eat any more, the old grease taste was terrible. Fires were cold. So I warmed them up. No taste. Just stale. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it was the onions. Maybe the queso burger will be better. Maybe we should dine in instead of take out....
