There is no menu posted until you get past the person taking your order, they rely on you looking up the menu online. That wouldn't be a problem unless you want a seasonal offering which are only posted where you pick up your drinks. This last time I ordered the Santa Sugar Cookie coffee, cold and sugar free. I was handed a cold coffee with lots of chocolate syrup in it. I asked the girl handing it to me if this was the Santa Sugar Cookie coffee, she said yes. It was tasty but it was NOT correct. Tried calling the "customer service" number and nothing. Basically you pay your money and take your chances. Probably depends on the crew working.
