  Food is great! Most won’t be disappointed. I just think it’s insane that nobody talks about the fact that a single burger, fries, and a beverage cost roughly 20 dollars. And of course, tip culture brings that, for one single human, to about 24 dollars with tax…… for one person. There isn’t a burger in this entire city that can justify that price.

  The burger itself is good! The customer service- TERRIBLE. The young lady with the pony tail and star patch on her face was the cashier. Our first time visiting, we were not greeted - she looked at us like “oh -ppl” and turned around. After 5 minutes of sitting , I figured they were kiosk orders only .. after doing so, I noticed she took other ppl’s orders the standard way! I didn’t expect communication from the cooks who were clearly busy but the cashier/ host was not welcoming or helpful! This was our first visit and probably our last. I also tipped 20%, not because of her but the poor fry cook. She messed up every order he put out.

  Just a perfect smash burger. Great flavor and amazing staff. The double is where it’s at. Perfect amount of meat/ cheese/ bun ratio. I also ordered the cheese fries. The queso is great. Now…please understand this is not a fast food burger. If you’re in a hurry I would suggest calling ahead. When I went around 12:00 there were about 6 orders ahead of me. I didn’t mind the wait, becuase the end result was worth it.

  Two visits, ordered the same items and both times it tasted the same and it was fantastic. Fresh, hot and pretty fast service. I'll definitely be back. I also appreciate that they serve halal meat. I finally get to order bacon on my burger!

  We had double Smashburger with queso and the plant burger. They were both really really good. I tried them for the first time when they had a pop-up in Harvey and since then this has been my go to spot for burgers and milkshakes. I was kind of sad the milkshakes were out today, but Alan was on point with the burgers. The combination of the queso jalapeños was delicious and my kid loved the queso fries.
