  I placed order an order via Jimmy John’s app on 3/24/2024 at 8:09pm but the store was locked at 8:20pm and the staff inside was cleaning the kitchen. This location is listed as closing at 9pm. This order was charged to my MasterCard. This unfilled order also removed my free sandwich reward in my account. I wasted time and money driving to this location.

  Love Jimmy John’s I love the freshness every ingredient never had a bad sandwich yet however New Year’s Eve Ordered online like I always do paid for it in the app went over to pick up the sandwich and the young man told me that it was not ready yet and to wait in the front few minutes later he came out and said hey were out of French bread OK put it on w toast when he went back in the store came back out ma’am I’m sorry we’re out of cheese I said no that’s what I like about the sandwich cheese if you don’t have the cheese I think I need to cancel it so he told me he was going to go in and give me a refund never got a refund I will call the store today to find out what happened to my refund.

  Definitely better than Subway however I think this location is lazy with the toppings
