  I ordered online and Mike called to to make sure order was correct because I am a regular customer and he knew that wasn't my usually order. I was so honored that they know customers that well. Mike and Tony and the rest of the staff are wonderful and always do a great job. They are better than other branches(Manhatten). Manhattan boobooed an order and was to busy to remake it. Marrero boobooed and they had me wait while the remade my pizza instantly. Love my marrero pizza hut.

  Last night I ordered two medium specialty pizzas for delivery. One meatloaves and one supreme no mushrooms. This order was placed online and it never gave me confirmation that the order was placed. I wasn’t able to track the order like normal so I called the location in Marrero. The first time the call was disconnected, when I called back I was able to speak with someone and he verified that my order was in the system. I specifically asked him to make sure that I had only placed one order because I hit the place order button a few times. He assured me that there was only one order. When I asked if he could give me an estimated time for delivery, he stated that the website showed 25 to 35 minutes. He also stated that it had been about 5 minutes since the order was placed so it should be there in 25 to 30 minutes. Waited about 30 minutes and called back to see if it was on the way since I had no way of tracking it. Never was able to speak with anyone, I kept being put on hold. The pizza never came and I was never charged for the order. I’ve given the Pizza Hut more then enough Chances and never did a review on them before but this service was unacceptable. Then first incident was when I was tracking my order and the DoorDash driver stopped right before turning on my street and my status changed to delivered without even coming down the block. They made it right by remaking the order but my husband had to pick it up. The next time our order was messed up the pizzas came and did not look fully cooked, again they remade the order. The next mix up was my order came with mushrooms, I always request no mushrooms because my husband is allergic to them. I called they saw it was an error on there end and apologized. The order was remade yet again and delivered. I said all this to say I think I have been more than understanding but this last time is completely unprofessional. Sorry to say that’s my last time ordering from Pizza Hut.

  I made a large order online for my mentoring group and needed to adjust the order last minute. Toni assisted with the entire transaction and made it as seamless as possible. Thank you Toni!

  This place sucks the managers and workers are outside smoking cigarettes every time I come through.
