    10NOV25 ~ What a great Veteran's Day Celebration event! My meal & experience were Outstanding! Thank you Outback! There was/is ample free parking in the parking lot. Our hostess, Jazzwyn (Jazz), was a great hostess. Her genuine smile and pleasant personality were hostess perfection. She was articulate/well spoken, knowledgeable, & very helpful in her explanation of how special worked. My waiter was pleasant & attentive. My meal was excellent; the salad was a large & complete with all the trimmings/extras; the bread came on a nice cutting board with ample butter: my steak was cooked perfectly to my request, hot, juicy, and tasteful; my desert was chocolate cheesecake, which I got 'to go' because I was so full. We eat here regularly and will continue to do so.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taylor B, who worked in the to-go area, was phenomenal! She was friendly, helpful, and made my visit absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

    The atmosphere was great. The server was friendly. The food was edible. I ordered the chimichurri filet- my steak was overcooked and the chimichurri was more on the brown side than green. The plate looks nothing like the picture on the menu so I was disappointed. My salad and sweet potatoes sides were good even though I received honey mustard dressing instead of the ranch dressing that I had ordered.

    Highly disappointed. After a long day at work a few days ago, too tired to cook, I ordered delivery. An hour passed — I must’ve dozed off waiting — when the driver called to say the store never received my order and he was trying to get it fixed. Almost another hour later, the order was canceled. For the inconvenience, I was sent a $10 credit. Today, my first day off after eight straight 12-14 hour shifts, I decided to treat myself to lunch and use that $10. I placed a takeout order, only one entrée, I figured there was no way they’d mess it up with only two cars in the parking lot. I got home and realized my baked potato was missing. My fault for not checking, but still disappointing. I called, and the manager’s response was simply, “Would you like to come back and get it?” No apology, no empathy. I didn’t pay $40 for nothing, so of course I drove back, wasting more of my time and gas. When I got there, I received an old, dry potato and 2 cards asking me to download their app. 🙄 Having worked in the food industry for over two decades, now managing food & beverage in hotels for the past five years, I can say this situation was handled completely wrong. It’s clear this restaurant is not being managed efficiently. There’s no excuse for these repeated mistakes, especially with an empty dining room, and management’s lack of concern says even more. I haven’t eaten here in over a decade but decided to give it another chance, twice in one week and both experiences were terrible. I can only hope someone who reads this actually cares enough to address the training and systems that desperately need attention. When you know better, you do better. Safe to say I won't be trying again. Only positive thing I can say is my side of mac n cheese was good.
