Placed the order ahead of time on the mobile app to save some time (or so I thought) pulled up at the agreed upon time, proceeded to wait at the second window for another hour. Even after all the waiting, my order was wrong. This place is awful, save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Payed for our food and waited for what felt like forever to pull up. When we got to the window all the employees were sitting and talking, even laughing. It was aggravating because what are you doing to where a fast food line takes 30 mins but you have time to fool around. The guy shoves the bag of food out the window and doesn’t say a word. He then proceeds to hand us our drinks. They were half full and had NO ICE. Me and my bf were so confused because NO ONE mentioned they had no ice. Not the lady who took our order. Not the lady who took our money. No one. As soon as he finished handing us our half filled drinks he says “oh, we should start putting ice in the drinks”. Excuse me? The large fries were also halfway filled and cold. As someone who worked in food and retail i know it gets rough dealing with costumers. However this has got to be the laziest workers ever.
