    We decided to give this Dairy Queen another shot after 2 previous disastrous visits. So here it is months later and went thru the driver and the speaker didn’t work. The young man working the window was very nice. So they took our order at the window we ordered 2 vanilla cones and 2 blizzards. No one was behind us in the line at the drive-through and they asked us to pull forward. Even though we felt that was unnecessary we did anyway. One blizzard was fudge brownie. It looked like it was right but when we drove off we realized it had no brownies at all. Want to mention on the previous visit we waited in line so long in drive thru everyone was leaving. We decided we would wait since others in front of us left. But they never took our order after sitting there at least 20-30 minutes. (We made the mistake there). We left too. Months later we thought we would try again. But they had no ice cream. How can your specialty be ice cream and not have ice cream? makes no sense!! So needless to say this will be our last visit to this poorly managed Dairy Queen on Barataria Blvd Marrero LA, poor poor management

    Ordered through the app. Walked , in no one was at register, several employees ignored us. Eventually about 5 minutes later, a very nice female came out greeted us and gave us our food. One male employee saw us but pretended he didn’t. Usually great service at this location, they may have been under staffed today.

    Love the food my favorite is the French fries and the Oreo blizzard such a good experience come to Dairy Queen.

    I sat at the drive through window after paying for 2 large blizzards for nearly 20 minutes waiting for someone to hand them to me. They were made, I could see them sitting there but no one would acknowledge me. I finally called them and asked if someone could hand my order. The response for the delay was we are busy. There was nobody inside and at the time I was the only car in the drive through lane. Poor customer service!!!
