    Terrible service. Struggled a bit ordering because I'm used to Starbucks. No menu when you pull up and since they come to your car you're just winging it. Worst order experience ever! We went back and forth because she kept reading my order wrong; one of this and two of those and she kept saying the same for all three. Placed the order, tipped (although undeserving) and pulled forward. I watch her muster up her employee friends to chat about what had just happened - from her expression, I'd irritated her. So I asked if she had a problem with the way I ordered..... this led to her coworker telling me to pull forward or leave. No refund, just leave. I have gone here at least three times a week and the day I decide to order something different I get this chaos. I don't know if it was my skin color but I doubt you would have taken that to your friends if she was the same as hers. Oh and manger was not helpful, didn't even make her apologize; I had to. Respect is the minimum requirement and when management won't address it; won't ever see me again!
