  So let's get this show on the road: placed an online order, it was refunded as soon as I drove up. The server tells me it was refunded because they were out of chicken teriyaki & wheat bread. Okay. So I called my mother to inform her of what happened & apparently they had turkey so we did that sandwich. Turkey on white. We get to the vegetable side: NO LETTUCE, NO ONIONS, NO PICKLES.. Just terrible! At this point... CLOSE!!! Because just from my arrival there was someone at the drive thru, 2 people in store, myself & my child, an elder lady, and a couple walking in as I'm walking out just not to have ANYTHING!!!! Then to be charged full price for a half ass sandwich is outrageous. No customer service!! If you plan to keep a business open without the PLAIN-DE-BASICS.. be prepared to DISCOUNT!! If it happens again, I'm report to the BBB & LA Inspector General..

  New manager loss a good customer. Wife works nights always have everything put on the side so bread doesn't get soggy. Today she wanted to charge me for a whole salad. Never going back to this rip off place. While the person making my order she stops the make someone else's order that was not even there. Last time never will I step foot back in this store

  I went in to get something to eat there was no customers other than me. I asked if anybody was working cuz they were just standing around and the girl that talked to me had an attitude and it seems like every time you go over there they're out of stuff that you want. My advice is if you don't like your job don't work there, if you can't have a good attitude don't work ,there and also make sure you have stuff in stock when people go there to buy something to eat.

  The service today was terrible.wife wanted chopped salad, they said chopper was broke. Ive done seen they have more than 1 chopper. Very unprofessional, very disappointing today.
