  Drive thru was excellent went here and couldn't decide on what flavor frosty I wanted and the cashier was very friendly and helped me decide on a frosty by recommending the frosty she liked and I thought that was very good service she deserves a raise

  I work food service, so I never really leave reviews, especially since I know how draining the job can be. However, there was no rush and my wait time wasn’t long, so I was frustrated when my order was wrong. I ordered a nugget combo and never received fries and was shorted a nugget. Not even a receipt in the bag. Very disappointed from the carelessness, especially during a slow period of the day.

  if I want extra tomato and my partner says no tomato they want to charge me?so how many people go through and say no tomato, do you get a credit

  The managers and employees at Wendy’s in Marksville are so rude! I ordered a snack wrap and was given an ice cold wrap! We went back through the drive thru and I politely told them it was ice cold. One of the employees shrugged her shoulders and said ok, as if to say why am I complaining. They seriously brought me back another ice cold wrap. At this point, I got upset and asked what the deal was. The manager tried to tell me they put cold ranch on it. Mind you I get these all the time in Alex very hot! The whole time another employee is peaking around the corner laughing and staring at us. The manager was very rude to me as well. I will not be going back to the Marksville location!
