  I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru trying to pick up and order i placed ahead in line. When i finally pulled up to the window, it took the cashier a solid two minutes to open the window and ask if i was picking up an online order. Then she spent a while looking for my order even though it was sitting right. By. The. Window. Then when i eat the food, its cold. I hate this place.

  I’ve had so many adventures with this Taco Bell that I finally feel compelled to leave a review. It truly doesn’t matter if I wait months between visits and the entire staff has changed — there is always something new. Without fail, every visit includes a fun surprise where at least one item I ordered and paid for is missing. This usually leads to a bonus trip inside. Tonight, an employee confidently insisted I was wrong, enthusiastically searched through my bag, and then discovered the missing item was… indeed missing. At this point, I’m thinking of treating service-recovery tacos like a loyalty program. Once I collect enough, I’ll redeem them all at once.

  Worst Taco Bell on the northshore. Don’t waste your time. Go to another Taco Bell.
