- RBRaegyn BouzaDec 8, 20251.0Two girls, one mop. Walked in, ordered a milk shake. Girl from the back came out asking for help with the mop. In front of the ice cream display, they wrestled the mop with their bare hands giggling. After 5-7 minutes, one of them finally asked about the second half of our order- another milkshake. She rinsed her fingers under the faucet and went to go scoop the ice cream. We stopped her and asked, did you use soap?. She pouted her way back to the sink where she washed her hands with soap this time. After a total of 15 minutes and the only ones in there, we finally received our milkshakes and paid. Lots of cussing side convos, terrible customer service, down right gross. I’m going to flying dolly’s!

Minutes later, several more people walk up and are all turned away. Two customers are still inside and thus they cannot close until those customers leave. And instead of serving five other customers, increasing sales, they chose to stand behind the counter and not do anything. My 4 year old was obviously extremely disappointed. No wonder sales are low. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
