- RBRaegyn BouzaDec 8, 20251.0Two girls, one mop. Walked in, ordered a milk shake. Girl from the back came out asking for help with the mop. In front of the ice cream display, they wrestled the mop with their bare hands giggling. After 5-7 minutes, one of them finally asked about the second half of our order- another milkshake. She rinsed her fingers under the faucet and went to go scoop the ice cream. We stopped her and asked, did you use soap?. She pouted her way back to the sink where she washed her hands with soap this time. After a total of 15 minutes and the only ones in there, we finally received our milkshakes and paid. Lots of cussing side convos, terrible customer service, down right gross. I’m going to flying dolly’s!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
