Tall white guy, seems to be either the owner or the manager has awful customer service. I’ve come here every mon -sat since i moved out here for work. I buy myself a meal and usually anywhere from 1-11 or my coworkers lunch as well spending atleast a couple hundred dollars every week. Besides one employee who always skimps all the veggies and has a attitude when you ask him to add more (and the last week or two he stopped and is awesome) the entire experience is just what it should be. Untill today. Now let me start with there is a sighn on the door, about the size of a posted note saying no vaping. It’s hung at the top right corner of the door. I’m 5 foot tall,it’s a few feet above my head and out of eyesight for me. As well as the fact the state I’m from there’s no laws against vaping in public (I didn’t even know there was anywhere honestly) I also have hit my vape numerous times while ordering in the past as well as seen multiple other customers do the same & please keep in mind it’s not one of those flavored ones or huge obnoxious ones it lets out about the same amount of smoke as a freaking inhaler. Slim to none. So today I hit it as usual and blew the smoke towards the floor. Immediately the owner begins raising his voice telling me I can’t vape in there. I did NOT know it was illegal nor did I see the sighn but I do still try to have manners so i immediately apologized said I didn’t see the sighn and i wouldn’t do it again, he proceeds to ask me if im slow and didn’t know it was a law in almost every state and tell me how rude I am over and over loud enough for everyone els to stop what their doing and stare. The entire time im apologizing saying I didn’t know it was a law im not from here I travel for work which he always knew because again in there everyday and we talk everyday. He wouldn’t lower his voice nor stop calling me slow and rude till I was crying and walked out because my food wasn’t even being made he had completely stopped to yell at me for 5 minutes. Now I’m not ridiculous I understand that’s the rules that’s why when he said something i genuinely apologized because I wasn’t aware I was doing anything wrong: and even if it hadn’t been a rule I would have still stopped and apologized if he just didn’t like it period because it is smoke and I do understand not everyone likes that around them. The problem. Was the way I continued to apologize and be respectful and nice and he continued to yell and call me names in front of everyone till I was crying and still continued to go on and on to embarrass me. That’s the most poor ownership I’ve ever seen, I won’t be back and neither will anyone in my jobsite. Even forgetting that I’m the customer and you don’t speak to customers that way, he’s always a grown man speaking to a young woman that way. He has no manner nor respect and I guarantee with the way he just spoke to me I’m sure he’s nothing short of verbally abusive to the woman in his life.ige heard him speak poorly to employees before and summed it up to a busy shift and his anger got the best of him. But no after the way he acted today i genuinely think he thinks so much higher of himself then others. He was completely immature and unprofessional and acted like a little boy with no father to teach him how to treat woman. Also I saw a roach so I took a picture and will he resorting it to he health department. He needs to clean up his store as well as his attitude. This will be a failing business purely due to his ego and lack of manners.

I stopped by this subway today 3/8/2022. The sandwich maker (as pathetic as it sounds) had the audacity to speak to me in a rude manner. I left the store without ordering anything bc of the horrible customer service and when I called the store to speak to the manager or owner he was just as rude. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! I don’t suggest anyone to stop here either!!! Horrible customer service and racist workers as well, but what’s to be expected when it’s in a racist area.

I went to one in Luling, La and one in Boutte, La. The One In Luling was decent, friendly, clean, no complaints. I went to the one in Boutte around 745-750. They looked at me like they didn't want to serve me, made my sandwich with a slight attitude and I know for sure they overcharged me. $10 for a beef sandwich on flat bread, yeah they got me. If you don't like your job that's moo one's fault but your own.
