  I should’ve read the other reviews before stopping here. It was literally the longest I have ever waited at a fast food restaurant…if I didn’t love my wife as much as I do, I would’ve promptly left and got her a burger elsewhere. It took approximately 24 minutes from the time I pulled in until I left the parking lot. There were two cars in front of me and maybe 4 customers inside. The food was lukewarm at best when it was brought to my truck. The girl who brought it just smirked and offered no apologies for the wait. I have NEVER given anything such a low rating, but this place 100% deserves it

  Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Asked me to park in a spot in parking lot. I refused and guy had an attitude. If I wouldn’t have paid I would have left.

  This location is constantly the slowest “fast food” experience I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly enough, but when you have 3 cars in line and you have to have all 3 pull up to wait on their orders it’s a little ridiculous. The food is typically pretty good sometimes a bit cold. Honestly just go to burger king next door, you won’t have to wait 30 minutes to get your food.

  Wendy’s as a franchise is not bad… but this Livingston location is horrible. Thy don’t know what goes on the burgers, don’t put chicken in the salads, leave items out of online orders consistently. Horrible all of the way around. Will not give them another chance.

  1/2/26. We were just there a few minutes ago. IF YOU USE CASH, COUNT YOUR CHANGE & CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES. It is extremely hard to: 1) Call the restaurant. It goes to voicemail and says, MAILBOX IS FULL. We wanted to share feedback on our visit. 2) Post a review for this Wendys location. We had to login twice to post this. KRISTIN is a great sales person. KRISTIN has a winning smile and a great attitude. Beware, Kristin will talk you into buying other items. Kristin is an asset to Wendys. ☺️ Driving through the area. I was only going to get a snack for the road. Kristin sales pitch. She talked me into getting more than I planned. In addition, Kristin sales pitched a hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookie. I agreed to one for a dollar. You have to try them, they are delicious. Everyone was extremely busy at the drive thru. It seemed that the drive thru was priority for sales. That's understandable. It was chaotic. I paid cash. My change was short $1.10. Again, if you use cash for your order, don't leave. Check first. Its the principle of paying for something and not getting the right change. We wish KRISTIN much success in her future endeavors and career. Kristin: 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kristin's service:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: 1 star. Food was cold. ⭐ Atmosphere: We didn't dine in.
